Living A Healthier Life For Me and My Body By Using Herbs...

Let me tell you, there is a difference in striving to live a healthier life for you and your body. Mentally if I am not making a point to eat healthier and get the proper sleep I am no ok. Physically if I am not making sure I am eating the rights foods for my body and the elements I deal with, it shows. Allow me to share a little and break a few things down.

Some of you may know that I have dealt with bad/heavy periods over the past 5+ years. I knew my body was changing because this was not normal for me. I may have waited longer than I wish to have this checked out but I can say I finally did (I may share that later in another post). But, I became very mindful as to what I put in my body. I started doing research on vitamins and how our diet really can make or break how we feel. Although eating healthy should be a lifestyle I knew I had to take baby steps to get back to the basics and apply what will work for me. Once I journaled and researched foods that would benefit me, I started to eat cleaner a week before my period and during. This changed the game for me! I would rave about this to my girlfriends lol.

Lets talk about herbs: I’ve purchased herbs (Soursop) from a business located in New York and then later tried out teas from my local herbalist. When I say herbs are the best way to go versus these other products. Going the natural route when trying to heal and maintain our bodies, it has turned things around for me. I was dealing with a situation in the past that was said that couldn’t be reversed but by taking herbs and getting a yoni steam it has disappeared. I know that was nothing but God, but I also did my part too. I highly suggest doing your research and locating a herbalist near you or one you trust to really invest in yourself.
