Our 7 day monthly self care journey is to help us as women to focus on ourselves while trying not to maximize everyday issues for ONCE. The areas that we like to focus on is the Mind, Body & Soul. If you find that you don't take time out to get yourself together or better yet set aside

Each day we like to cover ways you can practice Self Care throughout the day. A few ways we’ve done so is on our Instagram platform by sharing the importance of doing breathing exercises, shutting off our phones, taking a walk, taking a bubble bath while having a glass of wine and more.
We would love for you to join us each month to encourage all women to adapt to looking into different ways to stay leveled and stressed free.
