Spring Date Nights

Lovers!!! It’s officially Spring and the weather will be breaking soon giving us plenty of time to spend outdoors. This is the perfect opportunity to spice up your love life and hit the town for a great date night. Check out these fun date ideas and let me know what you think!

  • Visit you local Botanical Gardens: Most cities have a botanical garden filled with beautiful flowers and other sights to see. Grab your sweetie for a wonderful afternoon.

  • Take a trip to the Zoo: There’s nothing I love more than a trip to the zoo. Spring is the best time to go because it isn’t too crowded or hot.

  • Visit a winery: By far my favorite date is to a winery. Most wineries are reasonably priced and you get to try a selection of wines and enjoy a good meal or some snacks.

  • Go for a walk in the park: If you’re looking for a budget friendly date then this is it. Grab some comfy shoes, lock hands and become one with nature and your partner.

  • Visit your local farmers market: This is a great opportunity to spice up your diet by trying out new fruits and vegetables. Look up a new recipe and gather the ingredients while here as well.

  • Find a flea market to explore: I haven’t been to a flea market in years but I’ve always enjoyed looking at the various items for sale. You and your partner should go gift hunting for each other and see who can pick out the best gift.

  • Fly kites near a pier: Head on down to your local dollar store, grab a kite and race to see who’s kite can fly the highest.

  • Set up an outdoor photo shoot: Now this is a real treat. I don’t know about you but my husband takes the best photos of me. Get all dressed up, head to your fav location and get those angles working for the camera!

  • Wash the car together: Here’s another budget friendly idea; especially with pollen and spring being rainy season, head to your front or back yard and bust some suds while rocking out to your fav hits.

  • Take a bike ride around a new neighborhood: This is perfect for all you active couples. If you don’t already own a bike you can rent one around all major cities. Set out to explore a unfamiliar part of town, you never know what hidden gems you may find.

Hope these Spring Dates spark some interest. As always make sure to schedule time in your relationship for intentional date nights and let me know which ones you try in the comment section below.

Until next time,

Talesa
