Level Up Journey: Say No to The Hustle & Bustle
Hey Girl Hey!
Before I wrote this blog post, I shared in our private Facebook group Thee Everyday Woman regarding the natural urge to rush. Whether that's rushing to respond, rushing to get somewhere, rushing to complete a task. It has caught up with me to where I have to put my foot down. Even if it's urgent I still would like to go about it in a way that wouldn't promote anxiety.
It was nice to hear someone else in the group agreeing with me. The hustle and bustle some of us are used to, no longer lives at this address. We have FREE WILL to rewrite our habits and daily regimen.
What will assist me with this would be:
Journaling, gathering my thoughts before I move forward with the task, and identifying how important it is to me. Again, someone else's urgency isn't my emergency. & whoever is offended by this will have to deal with it.
& can I be honest? Rushing can cause one to have to do the task over again or having to make up for a mistake. I don't know about you, but I really don’t have the time for that either. Drop a comment below. We would love to hear from you too…
